Hello, everyone! I am Rajesha and this is the story of my love affair with books.
Well, reading was never anywhere near the top of my priority list. The only books I read were storybooks like Akbar and Birbal and Tenali Rama. Those illustrated, vividly colored books intrigued me to no end. However, over time, I grew curious about other genres as well. The subjects that I previously thought of as boring suddenly started to fascinate me.
I also started exploring motivational, self-help books. I became such a passionate reader that I began recommending books to the people around me. And it wasn’t like this newfound interest was merely superficial. Whatever I learned from my reading experiences, I tried to apply it to my life.
Such was the impact of books on my life that they became my go-to friend before I did anything important. For instance, I would make sure to look up a travel guide before embarking on a long-awaited trip. I know a travel guidebook doesn’t sound like a conventional read, but you get the drift, right? And just like that, books became an important part of my life, influencing every big and small decision I made.
